Remember this kid?
Billy Gilman has been a great talent all his life, selling millions of records before he learned to drive. Now, at the ripe ole age of 26, he’s making a determined come-back. That goal is being hindered by a few close-minded Nashville industry pukes.
It’s sad when a person is judged by what he is and not who he is. Why is Gilman being judged? Because he’s gay. Jesus, don’t we have better things to worry about?
In a video to his fans, Billy explains why he came out when he did. It wasn’t a publicity stunt, for those of you who automatically assume an evil plot.
His new single “Say you will” is out and available on iTunes. I hope you’ll take a listen and show your support with a purchase.
Best of luck Billy. Some of us have your back.
