I guess the best way to put this ordeal is that it’s been an adventure.  As many of you know, I have been having problems with a pesky virus on my previous hosting service and they failed to correct the problem.  In a nut shell, someone — something — was writing code to my menu’s CSS sheet, causing re-directs to spam sites.  I tried deleting all the files and re-installing everything, but that didn’t work.  The code found its way back to my site.  Hint:  there’s a virus on the server.

The hosting service wouldn’t recognize the problem and, basically, said the problem was on my system.

After a couple hundred hours of reviewing code, rebuilding the web site from scratch, deleting potential problem 3rd party feeds, re-publishing (twice), the spam re-direct problem continued.

This morning I had hit my limit, and once again corrected the code and then moved the site to a new hosting service.

I appreciate everyone’s patience during this transition.  I was surprised that it went as smoothly as it did.  But, we’re back up and running and I’ve begun adding back content I’d removed during the “attack” on the old service.

If any of you find something not working properly, please let me know.  And, as always, your comments and suggestions are welcomed.  Just send me an email to ChasesStorms@live.com.
