If you work where I do, then you may have noticed that this web site has been blocked at the work computers. It appears that the chat room applet was classified a productivity/security concern for the company. To get the web site un-blocked, the chat applet had to be removed.
Yesterday, the applet and associated links to the room were removed. I spoke with our computing security focal today and he’s put in a request to un-block the site. It could take 24 to 48 hours before TulsaWxChaser.com can be accessed from the company owned computers again.
I don’t really have a problem with this change, the chat room was rarely used by site visitors. It’s more important that you’re able to access the site and its information regardless of where you are at.
