It’s difficult to write about the weather this time of year. How many different ways can I say, “it’s going to be hot”? That’s what we have in store for the Tulsa area for the next several days.
We have a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon and evening, but I think they’ll stay to the southeast. I hope I’m wrong about that. We need rain badly.
The rest of the week we can expect daytime temperatures in the upper 90s and lows in the mid to upper 70s. Dry, of course. Is anyone else ready for fall?
I glanced at the long range forecast and we may not get below 90 degrees until August. August? The weather pattern this year is all screwed up.
Let’s hope for a cold front. Any front. Rain.
