As it happens, exact precipitation type and amounts are still fluctuating. For now, the NWS office in Tulsa has downgraded the Winter Storm Warning to a Winter Storm Advisory. This doesn’t mean that we’re not going to get ice, sleet and snow. The downgrade only means that there’s not going to be as much of it.
In Tulsa, we can still expect 2 to 4 inches of snow, preceded by freezing rain and sleet. Travel could still be tough going in and around the area.
Still, if you’re planning to travel tomorrow, you should monitor weather forecasts and road conditions.
