The snow and ice that’s on the ground will soon disappear. A warming trend is coming for the next few days. Daytime highs will be in the 40s and 50s.
There’s a slight risk of rain overnight tonight, with a low of 31°. The high tomorrow will be in the low 40s with chances of rain all day. We could get about 1/4″ total rainfall. There’s a very slight chance some of that rain could turn into freezing rain or sleet early Saturday morning, but right now it’s pretty unlikely that’ll happen. But, the temperatures will be close enough to freezing to warrant a close watch.
It’s too early to tell whether or not we’ll have a white Christmas, but it’s not looking good right now. Don’t give up though, the magic of Christmas could come through at the last minute.
