The weather has been rather boring the past few weeks. Don’t you agree?
Yes, it’s been nice. There’s been little moisture and warm temps have been the norm. But, I’m ready for a little autumn weather – cooler, a little rain and less yard maintenance.
It’s the middle of October and the high temps today and tomorrow are expected to hover around the 90° mark. Okay, this isn’t uncommon, but having June-like weather in October seems a little “off” to me. Combining the too-warm temperatures with absolutely no chase opportunities, I’m getting bored with the weather pattern we’ve been having.
Looking forward a couple of days and I’m seeing a change to more seasonable weather: Daytime temps in the low 70s and overnight lows in the 40s and 50s, and there’s even mention of a slight chance of showers later in the week. That’s more like it.
Maybe fall will appear afterall.
