Several counties in Oklahoma are now under a severe thunderstorm watch. Central Kansas is under a tornado watch and a couple tornado warnings have been issued.
Tulsa is now in the slight risk area for this evening. The enhanced area covers most of eastern Kansas.
Stay weather aware today.
There is a slight risk of severe weather developing in Oklahoma today. A line of storms has already moved east, to the north of Tulsa. More will develop this evening.
I think the greatest tornado risk will be in NE Kansas. The risk for Oklahoma will be gusty winds, heavy rain and hail.
