7:41 PM update — President Trump has sent the bill back to congress without signing it.
I’m pissed off. The over 5,500 page combo spending bill and coronavirus relief funding falls short of helping Americans. Billions are being used to support elite institutions and foreign governments. Then they have the audacity to say the $600.00 payout to some Americans was all they could afford.
There’s plenty of normal democrat garbage tacked onto this bill. The Senate should have killed the democrat attempt to bleed the American people before it became law.
This is bull shit. There is absolutely no way congress or the senate had time to to read this bill before it was voted on. Every damned tax payer should receive a stimulus payment. Period.
We have ONE focus right now. Vaccinating the entire country, keeping our businesses and schools open, and helping all taxpaying Americans. Let the government screech to a halt until they come to their senses.
The bill now goes to President Trump for signature. Will he sign it or will he veto it and send it back to the Senate? He should veto it, but that’s unlikely.
