It’s been a rough morning. I’ll admit it. I know I’m stressing a bit. That’s likely not helping much. I did my breathing treatment at 6:30 this morning and I’ll do another at 10:30. Is this my life now?

I called a lawn service to give me an estimate for taking care of the lawns. I just can’t do it. At least for now. Hopefully it’s something I can afford. Hopefully it’s temporary. One of the things I learned is that allergies can aggravate this. Holy shit! Come on. I live in Oklahoma! Pollen and high humidity is the normal environment here.

I am breathing better than I was earlier in the week, but it feels like I’m not getting air. If that makes sense. I’m growing impatient every day. I want to feel normal again. I want to get back to a more normal routine. For now, that’s not in the cards. I’m trying to accept that.

I learned this morning an interesting statistic. Research is showing that 10% of COVID patients are “long haulers”. That may seem like a low percentage, but when you figure over 30 million people were infected and initially survived, there’s around 3 million long haulers in the United States alone. More research needs to be done.

I hope you’re having a good weekend. Thanks for all of the prayers that have been coming my way and thanks for listening.
