I know it has been a slow start to the chase season this year. But, I can assure you, the season isn’t over.
The past couple of days have been very quiet and cool. I actually turned the heater back on Saturday. The next couple of days will be cool in the overnight hours (40s and 50s) and more springlike during the day with high temps in the low to mid 70s.
Chances of rain and t-storms will return mid week and temps will warm up some. At this point, the rain chances will continue into the weekend.
Friday is looking to be the best day for chasing, but it’s still early and nailing down the timing this far in advance is impossible. It does give chasers something to look forward to though.
I’m blocking Thursday through Saturday for now. Hopefully we’ll be able to, at least, pinpoint the days by Wednesday. So, stay tuned.
