The Perigee Moon (Super Moon), last seen in March of 2011, was visible from Tulsa tonight. For those of you who haven’t been following it, the Super Moon tonight is 14% larger and 30% brighter than a normal full moon.
I really needed a longer telephoto lens, but here’s the image I was able to capture this evening from Tulsa.
