There’s a moderate risk of rain and light snow in the Tulsa area overnight tonight. It looks like it’ll total less than 1/2″ and shouldn’t impact travel much. The concern I have is the overnight temps. Temps will be near freezing and that could make elevated roadways hazardous. Precipitation should end by 9am.
