It has been nice to have the much needed rain today. I’m not sure how much I got at my house, but it was a slow and gentle rain. Hopefully it did some good.
Now that the rain has ended here, we can expect mostly cloudy skies tonight with an overnight low in the mid 40s.
Tomorrow is going to be down-right hot: mostly sunny with highs near 70°. Yes it is winter.
Don’t get accustomed to that temperature though. A cold front will be moving in on Saturday. First, we have a chance of rain and as the temperature drops on Sunday, the rain will likely turn to snow. I’m not expecting a major snow storm, but any moisture is a good thing.
The downside? Temps overnight Saturday will drop into the low 20s. Daytime highs on Sunday will only be in the upper 30s.
It looks like we get back into 40s for daytime highs by Tuesday.
