The rain today will be ending and we should end up with partly cloudy skies this afternoon with highs in the low 70s. I think I’ll get out in the yards and try to get some of the springtime cleanup underway. Looks like I’ll have this afternoon and tomorrow to get some stuff done.
We have chances of rain most of the week, starting Sunday night. Wednesday, it looks like severe storms could rear its ugly head. At least that’s the day I’ll be watching right now.
We dodged a major bullet when the last system moved through. Some states weren’t so lucky. For 2 days, severe storms and tornadoes raged across the southeast. It looks like the bulk of that system has moved off into the Atlantic.
The next system is moving our way. So, stay aware. It’s that time of year.
