A Tornado Watch has been issued for several counties in NE Oklahoma, Including Tulsa. The watch is in effect until 8:00 pm this evening.
Large hail, damaging winds and tornadoes are possible in the watch area.

The NWS has released their latest outlook for today. We have a marginal to slight risk for severe thunderstorms this afternoon. The greatest risks are periods of heavy rain and gusty winds. However, a slight risk of tornadoes is also in the picture.
Storm development is expected after noontime today. Total rainfall is expected to be around 1/2″ this afternoon with an additional 1/10″ possible this evening and overnight.
