I’m glad Brittney Griner was released from a Russian prison, where she was serving time for drug possession. I’m not sure trading a terrorist for her sorry ass was a fair trade, but that’s another story.
She’s out of prison now, but let’s not be too eager to fire up a celebratory joint. The fact is Griner is a convicted criminal in Russia, not a victim, and she’s definitely no hero here in this country. She is an embarrassment.
